Pictures from the weddings of Onyeka, Ronke and Susan
We are very grateful to Onyeka, Ronke and Susan for allowing us to share some moments from their special days.
Yemi talks about Onyeka's dress: "Onyeka came through a recommendation from one of my other Lagos weddings. She wanted a dress that was elegant and timeless but that also showed off her figure. Lace was a good choice for that. The cathedral veil was also our creation – with a matching lace edging to the appliqué on the dress and bodice. Silhouette was a modified A-line."

Ronke wanted a Grecian effect which we achieved with the tiny pleating and ruching on the bodice. The assymetrical look was provided by a single strap adorned with organza roses. Duchesse satin with an organza overlay – hand-stitched lace appliqués. Detachable train. The mantilla veil was also a Kosibah creation – with a lace border to match the lace of the gown.

Yemi on Susan's dress: "Susan was a former intern at Kosibah and I'd always promised that I would make her wedding dress. The original inspiration was another dress in my collection – but modified to suit Susan. She wanted a red bow and that matched the accent Swarovski diamonte stones on the bodice and skirt. The tails of the bow sat on the train of the dress. I also designed her chief bridesmaid's dress in a design to complement Susan's gown."
